A very fine place to stay

The building is a pretty charming construction and the room was quite spacious and very clean and quiet. Excellent communication with hosts, it is not very central but quite close to the city centre (walking distance)

Great stay for a visit to Porto.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is great on a quiet street close to the centre.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find because the sign was not visible late at night.

B&B in beautiful building, well located in quiet area though within walking distance from downtown.

Location was wonderful, within walking distance of many lovely restaurants and bars for dinner and drinks. Walking downtown was easier than coming back again because of the sloping streets Air conditioning was lovely; coming back into a cooler room and sleeping in it after a hot day in the city was very comfortable! Host Jurema was very friendly!

Breakfast was lovely (so was the presentation!) but no variety during our 3 mornings. Maybe a change (every other day, like on Monday, Wednesday, Friday?) in the offered bread might be considered? No eggs, we didn't know if we could ask for any. No coffee in the room, only a small number of tea bags. 4 clothes hangers in the closet was a bit minimalistic for a double room. I must admit we didn't ask about replenishment. You need to ask for clean towels etc.

Beautiful charming house, calm, not in the center of the old town but a walkable distance. Very welcoming and helpful staff. There is a parking nearby.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Location was handy to walk to all areas of porto. The breakfasts were nice. Apartment was clean and very spacious.

The balcony was very small. Not one you can sit out on. The shower was great but we had to be careful with the flow rate as the water ran under the door because the drain couldn't cope. We were furnished with plenty of towels to mop up.

Great location, near metro and could walk everywhere. I bought a 3 day metro card but found I hardly used it. loved the high ceilings and very comfortable large bed.

Fantastic Place, Great Service, Great Location and Reasonable Parking

The room was very nice. There was noise related to other occupants but this is to be expected in an older classic building. The breakfast was fantastic and the person who managed the place even accommodated us with a breakfast an hour earlier than scheduled. The location was within walking distance from Ribeira Square and very easy to find when driving. The parking arraignments was close and the cost was very reasonable. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely go back.

We did hear other tenants when they accessed their own rooms but this is really to be expected with an old building but really nothing to be concerned about. I am only listing it to make sure everyone knows what to be expected. Fantastic place and well worth the money.

The little details at the house, the staff, breakfast...were fantastic!

Everything was as described in the hotel's profile. Old charming house with great and helpful staff.

For older people stairs some times can be tricky, but we understand it is an old house and it is meant to be that way.

Is not that i “didn’t like” because all the pros are way more than the cons, but as an observation: When someone walks in common areas or room beside the floor shakes, and between rooms is not really soundproof, however we had respectful neighbours so no issue About check in to be considered that is not a 24 hs reception place so you will have to manage with the host the entrance if out of their timing, for us was not an issue because communication was excellent Location is quiet to rest, however you will have to walk for a while, not too much, to reach to the tourist places

What a Charming hotel. Lovely lady running it . Always very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely. Very easy walk into the city and lots of restaurants within a short walk. Definitely use this hotel again if returning to Porto.

Very pleasant woman running the place, overall good

The staff was wonderful.Beds comfortable and nice and clean breakfast good.

Biggest problem was no elevator and lots of stairs. They should have luggage racks to make it easier to unpack
